Ticked off a long time bucket list item of mine while in Hobart last weekend. Aub kindly got his sea kayaks out and we paddled out of Fortescue Bay and around the peninsular for a few hours. A long slow swell rolling through in sets and some wind chop at times but it was great on the water in the stable sea kayaks.

We managed to paddle through the gap where the Candle Stick and Totem Pole are with the company of some seals, a real highlight of the trip. A few penguins popped up here and there and some albatross but no dolphins or whales today. It was an awesome day on the water.
