Mt Stronach sits south east behind Scottsdale. Access is via Buckneys Road through a lot of private property. Please leave all the gates as you find them and respect others property as access is by their co-operation.

The walk does not take long as it winds itself up the northern side and eventually to the summit on the south west end. You cross many old tracks and it looks like a haven for 4WD drivers in places. A nice beehive trig and good views in all directions. A few geocaches towards the top and on the summit to capture along the way. Another dubious north east  mountain when it's only 497M in elevation.
