Stellar SR Delivery
Just about the worst day I could have taken delivery of the SR but I had to give it a go. I knew I was going to struggle in the gale force winds. With Phil holding the back to get me going I only lasted a few strokes and called it a day as I tasted the bitterly cold Trevallyn Dam waters. Some how I knew I should have just put it on the car and taken it home while I was still dry. Plenty of fun times to come once I get confident and my sea legs.
Its red…very RED – you won’t get lost in that! Hmmmmm, looks too wet and cold.
Bit like cars, every second one is white so I should stand out in groups plus red ones go faster…..
Its official Col, you managed 3 strokes ! What were you thinking, going for the maiden paddle in those conditions !!!!
I was there in paddling gear and you don’t know for sure unless you try. I was however correct it was too much for me as my gut feel said to me when we arrived. When Phil strapped the ski to the ground so it didn’t blow away while we went back to the car I knew the day was done.
