We both use a rather addictive online tool called Strava to record our riding stats and compare either by choice or by getting sucked in our times against all our riding friends and others who use Strava. Strava has produced these cool 30 second movies of our riding summary for 2014. Some interesting totals when everything is added together.

I am still putting in heaps of on the bike and off the bike training for the 24HR. Saturdays is usually a few hours on the mountain bike and this Sunday was typical of my weekend rides now to the top of Poatina and back to get plenty of hills and distance into the legs.

Sharon is still riding twilights on the mountain bike and won the masters ladies category at Youngtown last Wednesday.
